Eligibility

Our agency caters to individuals who cannot complete these tasks themselves. This includes individuals on Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Developmental Disabilities (DD), Alternative Care (AC), Essential Community Supports (ECS), and Elderly Waiver (EW).
