Services To Be Rendered:

● Spring Clean-Up -- Mowing of all lawn/grassy areas, trimming of all edging areas, & blowing of all clippings off walkways/roadways/planting beds, and removal of all leaves/branches/debris on the premises, disposing of all debris off-site.

● Bi-Weekly or Weekly Mowing Services

● All grassy areas cut to 2.5"- 3" based on current weather conditions, trimming of all edging areas, & blowing of all clippings off walkways/roadways/planting beds.
● Prices reflect a standard rate for 1⁄3 of an acre yard, pricing will increase if the
client's yard is larger than 1⁄3 of an acre or if the client’s yard requires extensive
attention or additional services.

Notice: Prices may increase if; yard requires removal of pet feces, yard includes large trees or trees require work that goes outside of the scope of this service, the yard measures over 1⁄3 of an acre, requires extensive attention, requires additional services/materials or if additional travel distance is needed.

Disclaimer: Billed by HHCS on the 20th of each month prior to service. A roll truck fee will be assessed in the amount of one visit if the crew arrives and the yard is obstructed for any reason. (Toys,large items,dog poop etc.) If an individual would like to have services rendered before the next scheduled visit a roll truck fee would be assessed.

Humble Home Chore Service provides lawn services to customers in need. Our mission is to help those unable to care for their yards themselves. We provide spring and fall cleanup along with bi-weekly or weekly maintenance. Our team of experienced professionals will take care of your lawn quickly and efficiently. Lawn Care (April - September)

We offer spring clean-up and regular lawn mowing, with grass trimmed to optimal length and edges neatly maintained. Clean-up services include trimming and removal of leaves, branches, and debris off-site, but debris removal is only available during spring clean-up. Prices are based on standard yard sizes. Curb Appeal Services (April - October if weather permits)

We offer a range of outdoor maintenance services including gutter cleaning, oversized tree trimming, plant and flower bed care, seeding, and sod implementation. Snow Removal (October - March)

We provide comprehensive snow removal services, including fall clean-up, snowplowing, and shoveling for residential properties. Our service starts with a 2.5" snow trigger, and we ensure clearing of driveways, sidewalks, and mailbox areas within 10-12 hours after snowfall. Larger snow events are handled as soon as possible. The contract covers 20 snow events, with additional units requested for more. Salt applications are also available, tailored to surface conditions. Services To Be Rendered:

Snow Contract Monthly Agreement With Shoveling -- Residential
● Fall Clean Up

● Based on a 2.5" Snow Trigger. Includes snowplowing the drive areas up to the garage doors, shoveling or snowblowing the sidewalk/entry area(s), clearing the mailbox area
● Snow events from 2.5"- 6", our provider will perform one clearing after the snow has ceased within 10-12 hours.
● Larger 6"+ snow events will be serviced at a trigger point of 2.5 inches and will continue as soon as possible given conditions and workload.
● Covers 20 events; anything beyond 20 events additional units will be requested.
● Salt Applications on Sidewalk/Entrance Area(s). Actual amount required is based on current conditions of the surface and as determined by the contractor

Disclaimer: Our office cannot predetermine the city plow schedule and if an individual is plowed in by the city after our office has serviced and needs a truck roll, a fee will apply and the services will be rendered based on service availability and same day service cannot be guaranteed.
